• No External Server Transfer: The content of your audio recordings, videos, or notes is never sent to an external server for processing or storage. All of the app's AI processes are performed using your device's computing power.
• No Cloud Storage: Your notes and personal data are not stored in the cloud. All of your information remains exclusively on your device's local storage, which is under your control.
• No Third-Party Sharing or Selling: Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

3. Policy Updates and Transparency

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect our application's new features and technological advancements. Changes to the policy take effect immediately upon publication within the app. Due to our commitment to transparency, we recommend that you review this section regularly for the latest information.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscription Data

    Our application offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock certain features. All subscription-related information, including your payment details and transaction history, is handled directly by Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your financial information. Your subscription status (e.g., active, expired) is processed locally on your device and verified with the respective app store to manage your access to premium features.
